Asphalt paving is the most affordable and durable finished surface on the market, lower then the price of concrete and a fraction the price of brick pavers, with similar if not longer life span. even after the 25 plus life span is up, you can simply add a resurface to your asphalt more at a fraction of the cost or tearing out and replacing concrete. we provide new installation as well as asphalt resurfacing

New installation is pretty self explanatory, starting from scratch we start by drawing out what our customer envisions, once we got that idea, we get to work, we start by removing the grass and cut down a few inch’s in which we replace with 3-5 inch’s of base, (sometimes more if the project calls for it). once we apply the base we compact it. once we are sure we got a smooth grade we will put a final compaction on your base. Once the base is installed we will go over over it with hot asphalt. then compact it for a complete product.

Resurfacing is a process we do with existing older asphalt, its a complete refacing of the existing surface area, we start by checking the integrity of the current asphalt, removing any lose asphalt and/or replacing base in areas that has lost its integrity. once that is complete we will saw cut and remove asphalt from any transitional areas, like side walks, entry ways, so the finished product will have smooth transitions. Then its time for the asphalt, we apply asphalt to the existing surface and compact.
